Finding News Sources

In general, you should go to news databases to search for news content. OneSearch is  not a good bet for finding news, especially recent news, although it will have some news articles integrated into search results.

For very recent news and up-to-the-minute headlines, you are probably better off using  Google News or a similar news aggregator. There will always be at least some minor delay with news getting indexed in library databases.


From US Newsstream, the library provides access to specific newspapers:

You can also do a Combined ProQuest search which combines all 5 ProQuest databases listed above.
