What has been your favorite thing about working in the Libraries?: Working with everyone because the crowd is amazing.
Can you tell us about a favorite memory or job-related achievement from your time working here?: It’s hard to pick just one moment, but overall I’ve really enjoyed the many laughs I’ve had at this job.
What’s next for you?: Short Term: IT Related Career; Long Term: Career as an Airline Pilot.
From Jess, Michael's supervisor: Michael is a bit newer, but he is always quick to report problems or issues, and he isn't afraid to ask questions! Just this week Michael assisted in a medical emergency that happened in the Knowledge Center. He was calm, and collected, and communicated efficiently with me so that we could make sure this person was handled with care and as swiftly as possible. I'm happy that he was on shift that day!
