Summary

As the Student Success Librarian, my main focus is working with students to connect them to library resources in order to ensure positive academic outcomes. My work ensures that students know that the library is a place for any of their informational needs, not just academics. In addition, I provide research help and consultations.

Research interests

I am interested in pursuing research involving student success, information literacy, what it means to be “student serving” in libraries, and academic self concept. I’d like to explore these topics in relation to the library’s impact on student outcomes, especially for marginalized and/or underserved students.
