Working in the Libraries
What has been your favorite thing about working in the Libraries?: I loved meeting all of my coworkers! Everyone is easy to talk to and very sweet.
Can you tell us about a favorite memory or job-related achievement from your time working here?: I really enjoyed learning how to use Photoshop! It’s a program I’ve always wanted to learn, so I’m grateful that my time working at the @One gave me the opportunity to build this skill.
What’s next for you?: I will be taking a gap year after graduation working and applying for my master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in the fall!
From Nicole, Chloe's supervisor: In the short time Chloe has been with us, she has demonstrated an impressive ability to adapt and contribute right away. She quickly learned new systems and processes, and her friendly demeanor and eagerness for helping others has made a positive impact on the team.
One day on shift, the controversial topic of pineapple on pizza came up, and I was thrilled to learn that Chloe and I were both fans. But what really surprised me was when we kept talking and discovered we also both love anchovies on pizza—an even more divisive topping! Having never tried the two toppings together on a pizza before, we made a pact to give it a shot at our upcoming end-of-year party. We’ll let you know how it goes! ;)
Chloe’s selected book from the Libraries’ collection:
