The Libraries are home to a wealth of physical and digital materials. Using our Library Search discovery tool you can identify most of the materials in the Libraries' main collection of books, journals, maps, videos, along with a growing number of distinctive and digital collections. The Libraries also offers lendable technology such as VR equipment, and anatomical models for checkout.
Have a suggestion for something that we should add to the collections? We welcome purchase recommendations or requests from the University community for books, media, journals or electronic resources.
In the early 1960s, Dean David W. Heron and print history scholar Robert Armstrong established the University Archives to house the University’s rare materials, manuscripts, and institutional historical records. In this exhibit, the University Libraries celebrate 65 years of Special Collections and University Archives by sharing a selection of favorite collection items.
