Looking for help with research or just a comfortable place to study? Completed in 2008, the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center features the technology, spaces, and services you need. Computing and information technologies and support are combined with the latest in multimedia tools and the resources of the University library in a physical environment designed for comfort, efficiency and collaboration.

Basque Library

The Basque Library endeavors to collect, protect, and distribute information, on Basques living outside of the Basque Country, especially those in the US and other English-speaking countries.

Special Collections

The University of Nevada, Reno Archives and Special Collections is home to the University Archives and a variety of Special Collections including rare books, book arts, manuscripts, and maps.

Mackay Mines

DeLaMare Library

The DeLaMare Science and Engineering Library is a technology-rich environment that provides growing user-centered services to the University. DeLaMare is home to an exploratory Makerspace, the Mary B. Ansari Map Library, and Data and GIS Depot. The Library offers popular GIS and Research Data Services, providing support for data management, analysis, statistics, and visualization. Poster and regular-size printing is available, as well as other lendable technology. Collections at the Library support the fields of chemistry, computer science, earth sciences, engineering, math, and physics.

W. Keck Museum

Located in the Mackay School of Mines Building at the University of Nevada, Reno, the W. M. Keck Museum houses an outstanding collection of minerals, ores, fossil specimens and photographs, in addition to mining related relics.

Prim Library

The Prim Library is a beautiful and welcoming space for all visitors in beautiful Incline Village, Lake Tahoe. It is well equipped with computers and printers for academic use, study spaces, robust wireless internet service, comfortable lounge areas, and special event spaces. It is also home to the Poetry Center and a Sustainability Collection.
