You can log into library computers using your UNR NetID credentials. A NetID is username that is usually a combination of your first and last name, as opposed to an NSHE ID, which is a long string of numbers.
Don't know what your NetID is or still need to activate it? Check with the Computing Helpdesk or visit our identity portal online for help.
Academic printing for coursework is available in the Knowledge Center, the DeLaMare Library, the Learning Resource Center in the Raggio Building, and the Pennington Student Achievement Center.
To check out library materials, simply bring the item(s) to the Circulation Desk in the Knowledge Center or front desk in DeLaMare or the Basque Library, or use available self-checkout stations. You will need your University of Nevada, Reno WolfCard or photo ID to check out items.
Our many departments offer hands-on work experience that allows students to develop career experience in customer service, technology and software support, administration, planning, cash-handling, library services, digitization, metadata, database support, archival support, photography, virtual reality development, and scholarly research support.

Dictionaries, Encyclopedias, and other reference materials are available for use within the library on the North side of the 2nd floor. Research help is provided in person 9am - 1pm, Monday - Wednesday near the Circulation desk and online via chat during library hours.
VR equipment, maker supplies, audio equipment, video cameras and other items can be checked out on a short-term basis at a variety of campus locations. There is no cost to check out equipment for students, faculty and staff with valid University IDs.
The Libraries offer both casual drop-in spaces to study and reservable group study rooms. Room reservations can be made online and must be entered by 4:00 p.m. the day before the room is required, or before 4:00 p.m. on Friday if the room is required on a weekend day or on Monday.
The Libraries offer specialty tech spaces, including the @Reality Lab, the 4K Suite, DataWorks North and South, the Dynamic Media Lab, and the Practice Presentation Place, the Sound Room, and the DeLaMare Audio Room. These labs have specialty software available for class projects.

Depending on the type of computing problem that you are experiencing, our Computing Helpdesk may be able to help. They are equipped to help with University owned devices as well as logging into campus managed software. Need to print a one-off poster for a homework assignment, conference, or presentation? Posters can be submitted in person at the @One production desk or in the DeLaMare Library. Our team will help guide you through the process.
The Libraries has several specialty tech spaces across our locations to support your audio/video project needs. The Dynamic Media Lab in the Knowledge Center provides software, hardware, and expert assistance to complete media projects including video and audio editing, sound recording, animation and graphics creation, and digital still photography.
The DeLaMare Audio Room features an isolation booth with two microphones and professional software for recording and editing audio. Online reservations are strongly recommended to ensure availability.
The Makerspace at the DeLaMare Library is your go-to space for designing and making physical objects. You can access a variety of equipment and tools including textiles, soldering, 3D printing and scanning, laser and vinyl cutting and more, at no cost.
There are several reasons that your login information may not be working. Please visit the Computing Helpdesk or the @One Helpdesk to get help identifying what the problem may be, and from there we can recommend solutions. If you are just hoping to update your password, you may be able to do so via our online portal.
