Guidelines

To assure that we meet the needs of our clientele in a timely manner, we adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Poster orders will be filled within 24 hours, following payment and receipt of the poster print file. The DeLaMare Library will not guarantee orders in less than 24 hours.
  2. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their poster for errors and to ensure that their file(s) open and print correctly. Refunds and reprints will not be granted for inherent issues with the file(s) at time of submission.
  3. Images printed on physical paper will appear darker than on a computer screen. Image files should be adjusted to compensate for this prior to submission. Refunds or free reprints will not be granted based on color gamut or brightness issues. Please ask a DLM team member for more information or examples.
  4. The DeLaMare Library prioritizes academic poster printing. Posters for non-academic use may be move back in the queue or be limited altogether based on current campus needs.
  5. Customers need to pay for any poster order prior to printing.
  6. The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, U.S. Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. I do hereby declare and warrant that I am authorized to use the applicable content in the file(s) which I am submitting for processing or printing and that the use of the content will not infringe upon any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark trade secret or other proprietary or intellectual property rights. I hereby grant a non-exclusive license to the University of Nevada and its agents to reproduce these images and return them to my agents or me, and I represent that I have the legal right and authority to grant such a license.
