Undergraduate research posters

Submission steps

Follow these steps to publish your research poster on ScholarWolf.

Step 1: Register for Wolf Pack Discoveries

We ask you to register because it helps us get your poster online sooner. The Wolf Pack Discoveries team shares parts of the registration information, like author names and poster titles, so that we can speed up the submission process.

Important: During its pilot phase, this opportunity is only available to students participating in the Wolf Pack Discoveries program. If you have questions, we encourage you to contact the Office of Undergraduate Research.

Step 2: Submit your poster

The team at the Libraries has built a form that you can use to submit a digital copy of your poster. The form also helps us make sure that you agree to having the content posted online.

Once we receive your submission, we will match it with the data from Wolf Pack Discoveries and prepare the process of getting it online.

Complete the form

What happens after we receive your poster

Are we receive your poster, our team will get it prepared to go online. This includes:

  1. Making sure the information about the poster is correct
  2. Contacting your co-authors and mentor so that they are aware that you have asked us to publish the poster
  3. Uploading the metadata and file to the site

After this work is done, we will send you an email with a link to the page showcasing your work!
