DeLaMare Library Makerspace use policy

The DeLaMare Science & Engineering Library prohibits the use of makerspace equipment and services for any unlawful purpose. DeLaMare Library end users assume all responsibility for compliance with local, university, state, and federal policies and laws, including those laws addressing weapons and intellectual property infringement.

The DeLaMare Library prohibits the fabrication of items that are unsafe, harmful, dangerous, or that may pose an immediate threat to the well-being of others: for example, guns and other possibly lethal weapons.

The DeLaMare Library reserves the right to refuse any equipment use or service request.
