There are spaces in the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center and the DeLaMare Science and Engineering Library that can be used for events or receptions. To reserve spaces in the Knowledge Center, please contact the event coordinators. To reserve spaces at DeLaMare Library, please email the library directly. ASUN recognized clubs and organizations must submit an event request using Pack Life.

Spaces for large groups
Wells-Fargo Auditorium
The Wells Fargo Auditorium may be used by University affiliated groups for cultural events, University-sponsored workshops, forums, ceremonies, and events sponsored by registered student organizations. Lobby space outside the auditorium may also be scheduled in conjunction with the auditorium space. The auditorium has a maximum seating capacity of 163.
Lilli Brant Reading Room
The Lilli Brant Reading Room is a collaborative study room and event space located on the 3rd floor of the DeLaMare Science and Engineering Library. It offers comfortable armchairs, ottomans, and movable conference tables and seating. A variety of room configurations are available to meet a variety of event needs.
Large classroom
The large classroom may be used University affiliated groups for cultural events, University-sponsored workshops, forums, ceremonies, and events sponsored by registered student organizations. The maximum capacity of 80.
Spaces for small groups
Conference rooms
The Knowledge Center has three conference rooms available for staff meetings. Two smaller conference rooms available for student clubs/ organizations. ASUN recognized clubs or organizations are required to submit an event request using Pack Life.
Studio classrooms
The Knowledge Center has two studio classrooms available. ASUN recognized clubs or organizations are required to submit an event request using Pack Life.
Open spaces
Rotunda
The Rotunda is a round event space on the second floor of the Knowledge Center with many exterior-facing windows. It is separate from the Library proper and is ideal for many types of events from recitals to large group meetings.
Knowledge Nook
The Knowledge Nook is located on the second floor south end of the breezeway. Ideal for lecture, video, academic programs sponsored by university departments and organizations, University business such as workshops, and administrative forums.

The Breezeway (foyer) on the second floor of the Knowledge Center has four spaces available for tabling. ASUN recognized clubs or organizations are required to submit an event request using Pack Life.
The Knowledge Center has two spaces available for donation bins, and the DeLaMare Library has one. If you would like to reserve one of the spaces in the KC, contact the MIKC event coordinators. To reserve the space in DeLaMare, email the library directly.
