Lending policies

What we lend:

  • Most circulating materials
  • University of Nevada, Reno dissertations and theses
  • Microfilm
  • Government publications
  • Most audio-visual materials
  • Microfiche on a case by case basis
  • Non-University of Nevada, Reno theses and dissertations on a case by case basis

Non-circulating:​

  • Reference materials
  • Special Collections items
  • Serials

Charges:

  • No charge for libraries with reciprocal agreements
  • We encourage OCLC's IFM payment
  • In-State Libraries: Free
  • Out-Of-State Libraries (Public, Corporate): $20
  • Out-Of-State Academic Libraries: $20 or reciprocal charges if you charge us more than $20
  • Rush requests: Add $5

International lending:

  • We lend to international libraries on a case by case basis
  • The charge is $24 for articles and $40 for books
  • We accept IFLA vouchers
