Accessing Faculty and Graduate suites
Pillsbury Graduate Quiet Study, Suite 500, 5th floor of the MIKC. Authorized graduate students access only. The space is a designated quiet zone. The space is equipped with 4 tables, outlets, fabric lounge chairs, and outlets.
WolfCard (key-card) activation is needed to enter the rooms described:

Business hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Processing: WolfCard activation (authorized access) takes 5-7 business days to process.
Terms
Card activations for current faculty and graduate students are valid for one academic year, July 1st - May 31st. Reapply annually.
Study carrels
- Untenured professors, on the tenure-track, requiring extensive use of library print collections
- Tenured faculty on sabbatical engaged in research requiring extensive use of library print collections
- Ph.D. candidates, currently enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno, writing dissertations requiring extensive use of library print collections
- Postdoctoral
- Tenured faculty working on book projects that require sustained library use
- Emeritus faculty and visiting scholars whose work requires sustained use of library materials

Graduate and Faculty lockers
Graduate students and faculty have the opportunity to apply for a locker online. The lockers provide a place to keep materials and books. There are 16 lockers. Priority is given to master's students.
