What is a Banned Book?
Book banning refers to the act of preventing or limiting access to certain books, either for the public or for members of a specific community or religious group. This can happen in several ways — by removing books from public places like libraries, by destroying them (such as through book burnings), or by making it illegal to write, distribute, or possess them.
