Summary
I am Director of Access Services for University Libraries. In this role, I oversee the staff that provide services in Circulation, Interlibrary loan, course reserves, and the campus operator. My focus is on working with my department as well as many external areas to assure the services, systems, and processes we provide are functioning at optimal levels for excellent customer service and staff productivity.
