Ticket Tailor generated content (emails and registration forms)
Ticket Tailor asserts that people using assistive devices, like screen readers, should be able to independently register for an event and manage their ticket.
The Libraries always use alt text for images and descriptive text for links on the event page itself.
Formstack (request, help, and reporting forms)
Forms are accessible and only users who have completed an annual web accessibility training can create them. They have a compliance page linked.
Library-generated email announcements and newsletters
EMMA is the email marketing platform Libraries marketing uses to generate emails that are sent to faculty and members of the community.
When emails are designed, marketing follows all University accessibility standards: photos are captioned with alt text, links are linked using full sentence/full statement language. See the EMMA accessibility statement.
Social media posts
The Libraries social media posts follow all University Marketing and Communications (MarComm) guidelines. MarComm reviews the Libraries content across social channels and verifies that the Libraries are in compliance. See the social media accessibility guidelines.
