Having issues getting connected?

Try these steps to access the Libraries' articles, databases, ebooks, streaming video, and more.

Step 1

Have an active NetID

Current students, faculty and staff have access to the library’s licensed online resources with their NetID.

Don’t know or need help with your NetID? See NetID Help Page or call 775-682-5000

Step 2

Find content on the library site

Links from Library Search or on the Databases A-Z list will prompt you to authenticate to access library content. If you are on campus on the wireless network or on a campus computer, many resources will work without a login.

Step 3

Enhance your experience

There are a number of tools that can help you streamline and customize your research experience including LibKey Nomad, LibKey.io, Google Scholar setup, Eduroam, and Browzine.

Still having trouble?

Use this form to report problems that you encounter with services in the Libraries. You may also want to take a look at our Online Access page, which has troubleshooting tips and information on how to access resources from off-campus.
