Follow these steps to recover your NetID.
Try first to find your NetID
If you have activated your NetID but do not remember what it is, you can sign-in to MyNevada with your NSHE ID. Once in MyNevada, you can find your NetID under the personal information tab.
Next, try to recover your NetID
If you cannot locate the email with your NSHE ID, check your spam folder and make sure you did not register with a different email. If you cannot locate your NSHE ID, you can recover it by selecting the forgot NSHE ID option in MyNevada. You need your social security number to recover your NSHE ID.
If neither of these steps work, please contact the OIT Help Desk
You will need your social security number, birth date, and NSHE number to complete the process through the Help Desk. In the event that you set a security question in place of a social security number, you will need that response. Should the Help Desk run into data that might be missing from your record, you will need to contact Admissions to update the information.
